Composition of the customer rating

Origin of the customer ratings

The evaluations of our seminars, webinars and workshops are given by the training participants. Following each training event, participants provide written feedback via a digital questionnaire. The customer testimonials mentioned on our website are also taken from these questionnaires.

Calculation of the overall evaluation

The total of eight evaluation criteria, which are collected by means of a questionnaire, result proportionately in the calculated overall evaluation.

I particularly liked the proactive exchange within the group of participants and the accompanying training handout.

In this training, my needs were addressed in great detail; that was perfect! A big praise to the great seminar leader; she was able to convey the contents very well.

Description: Seminar Agile Mindset

An agile mindset primarily describes the way one's own (mental) attitude is to face emerging problems and challenges. This can be trained and optimised through exercises. The digital transformation opens the door for popular management techniques such as Scrum and Kanban. Combined with an agile mindset, these bring numerous advantages when working together in teams and when participating in larger projects in the company. In the Agile Mindset seminar, participants are introduced to various trainings and case studies and agile procedures as well as self-organisation and responsibility in the working world are promoted.

  • The Agile Mindset seminar offers all seminar participants the opportunity to specifically reflect on their own personality and to intensively deal with their own agile mindset.
  • You will learn about the GRIP model and how to use Scrum as a productivity-increasing approach in everyday project work.
  • Orientate yourself on typical questions about project teams and train your own framework for more flexibility and responsibility when working on projects of any size in the Agile Mindset seminar.

Methodology/didactics: Seminar Agile Mindset

The two-day seminar Agile Mindset provides you with concentrated knowledge on how to motivate and strengthen yourself and your environment. You will learn more about your own (leadership) personality and deal intensively with how your actions and behaviour influence others. There are always opportunities to bring in your own practical examples. Workshop and group work help to deepen the theoretical foundations directly and to apply them practically. In this way, participants in the Agile Mindset seminar receive valuable tips from the trainer and can thus benefit from the Agile Mindset seminar in several ways.

Target group of the seminar Agile Mindset

The Agile Mindset seminar is primarily aimed at managers and employees in project management and work. The topics covered in the seminar on the agile approach in the project can then be applied directly in your everyday management and integrated into otherwise fixed processes. Seminar Agile Mindset as an in-house seminar

Often it is not possible in the daily work routine to attend a seminar lasting several days away from the company location. That is why the Agile Mindset seminar is also available as an in-house training and can be held directly at your location. This means that managers and employees do not have to travel and can also train directly in their own environment. In this way, the Agile Mindset seminar can be held directly at the workplace, saving a relatively large amount of time, and the balancing act between working time and further training can be successfully performed. We would be happy to make you an individual offer. Send your request to: kontakt@drgkitzmann-akademie.de

What is an agile mindset?

An agile mindset is defined by a basic attitude shaped by agile values. In short, it is an agile way of thinking that is quickly adapted to the respective situation. Agile in this case stands for the fact that no views or procedures are set in stone. In today's fast-moving professional world, an agile mindset allows you to follow constant change more quickly and always take a clear position.

Ensure learning transfer with selected e-learnings

With an agile mindset to good self-management

Especially when agile management systems have only recently been implemented or there is not yet much experience in this area, this can lead to stress and excessive demands. It is therefore essential for managers not only to show understanding for the team members, but also to gradually introduce them to the new, agile processes and ways of working. In this way, it is not only likely to be more productive in the future, but also to spread motivation in the project team and to quickly recognise burgeoning demotivation.

Agility in everyday working life

Everyday working life is in a constant state of change; a fact that cannot be denied. This means that education and training are also affected. For this reason, it is important not only for oneself, but equally for the employer, to always be open to changes in everyday working life and not always to uncritically follow one's own principles. Agility can not only ensure that a more efficient project organisation is established, but also scores points in many areas of the daily workload.
