Registration for open seminars, webinars and e-learning

You can register online via the website, by post or by fax using a registration form. To process the registration it is necessary to provide the participant name and the complete company address or billing address with telephone / fax number as well as e-mail address. The registration is binding and will be processed in the order in which it is received.

The prices shown on the website on the date of booking apply. We will invoice the participation fees with the registration for the event with immediate payment. In the case of e-learning, the fee is also charged immediately after registration.

Withdrawal from a booked event

Representation

You may, until 24 hours prior to a course, at any time appoint a representative in place of the registered participant. There are no additional costs. A written notification from the person who made the booking is required.

Rebooking

You can change your booking, until 24 hours prior to a course, at any time to another event or event free of charge. The change of booking must be communicated in writing (text form sufficient). The Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy reserves the right to check whether the change of booking can be made on the specified date. A possible obstacle would be, for example, an event group that is already fully staffed.

Cancellation

You can cancel the booking of an open seminar/webinar, coaching and e-learning at any time until 24 hours prior to a course. This is only possible in writing, text form sufficient. There are no cancellation fees.

In the case of an in-house seminar/webinar and coaching, we will invoice any travel cost advances made by the trainer (non-cancellable hotel reservations, train tickets, air travel, etc. ) by proof of actual costs incurred.

e-learning offers can be cancelled free of charge before the first login. With the start of the processing of the e-learning (first login), the full fee plus the fee will be charged. VAT is levied.

In case of cancellation, please remember to cancel any hotel booking as well.

Cancellation of events

The Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy reserves the right to cancel events for important reasons beyond its control (e. g. sudden illness of the trainer, force majeure such as freezing ice, storm, snowfall, etc. ). Participation fees already paid will be refunded immediately. Any further liability and compensation claims that do not concern injury to life, body or health are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy. Please note this also for any booked hotel rooms, flight or train tickets.

Reservations of amendment

The Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy is entitled to make any necessary changes to the content, methodological and organisational aspects or deviations (e. g. due to changes in the law) before or during the training course, as long as these do not substantially alter the benefit of the announced course for the participant. The organizer is entitled to replace the designated trainers if necessary (e. g. in the event of illness, accident, etc. ) by other persons who are equally qualified with regard to the announced topic.

If the number of participants is extremely low, the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy is entitled to hold an open on-site event in the form of an open webinar at short notice.

The documents provided as part of the continuing education are prepared to the best of our knowledge and knowledge. Liability and warranty for the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the contents are excluded.

Discount options

Discount options offered are not combinable. This also applies to already discounted total prices. You will always receive the most advantageous discount for you.

If you cancel partially later, the above discount will be withdrawn or charged.

Reservation of title and use of teaching materials

The Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie reserves the unrestricted ownership of all deliveries of teaching materials until full payment of all payment obligations by the customer. Disclosure to third parties, i. e. to persons who are not colleagues or employees of the client of the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy, or public dissemination or making available of course documents or teaching materials is not permitted. In particular, the publication of audio or video data, digital presentations or scripts in publicly accessible Internet portals (sharing) is prohibited.

Photo and video recordings

Photographs of the participants can be taken in the course of the training sessions as part of a photographic protocol. These photo logs are made available only to the participants of the event. If individual participants do not agree to a photo of their person or to the uploading of a photo report, Dr. G. Kitzmann must be informed of this in writing, in sufficient text form, before the training event.

Some events may also include photos or videos of participants. Please note that these photographs and not the photo logs may be used for advertising purposes of the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy or a company of the group of companies.

Should individual recordings be used for advertising purposes, consent is always obtained in advance of the event.

Arrangements for participants in distance learning courses

The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the participant of a distance learning course.

The participation fee for a distance learning course can also be paid in several regular and equal instalments. The exact amount is shown in the offer.

Conditions of termination

The organizer and the participant have the right to terminate this contract at any time for good reason.

Revocation policy and right of revocation

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the first distance learning material. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by means of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use a sample withdrawal form, which you can request from the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy. However, this is not required. Each participant receives from the Dr. G. Kitzmann Academy a personal access. The use of the e-learning software is limited to this participant and for a certain period of time. Passing on the access data to third parties is not permitted

The use of the services offered at www.drgkitzmann.academy is also subject to these special conditions. The drgkitzmann.academy offers companies and their employees digital learning opportunities on various topics and is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs. The drgkitzmann.academy includes high-quality videos produced by experts, application modules such as checklists, implementation tips and instructions in PDF format for download. In addition, an individual project can be accompanied with the help of the drgkitzmann.academy. On request, a coach supports the work in the project as a 1: 1 sparring partner over the phone.

Registration / access

To use the drgkitzmann.academy, users must register with their data in the booking process and create an account. When booking a drgkitzmann.academy course, every user receives personal access to the drgkitzmann.academy. Passing on the access data to third parties is not permitted. Optionally, the user can book an individual coaching package during the ordering process. By clicking the “Book” button, you make a binding booking of a course or a coaching package. You will then receive a booking confirmation by email. The Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH or drgkitzmann.academy is entitled to block access to drgkitzmann.academy without giving reasons if the services offered have not been used for a period of 2 years. The user will be informed of an imminent blocking with a period of 4 weeks by email. Every user is entitled to delete the account at drgkitzmann.academy at any time and without giving reasons. A deletion of the account does not release you from a payment obligation. Your data will always be processed in compliance with the statutory provisions.

Course content

The Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH and the drgkitzmann.academy expressly reserve the right to change, add to, or delete parts or all of the content of the individual drgkitzmann.academy courses and the drgkitzmann.academy platform without prior notice, or to make them available temporarily or permanently to adjust. The user will be notified of the final discontinuation of a course with a period of 4 weeks in advance by email.

Coaching

A drgkitzmann.academy course can optionally be booked with an individual online coaching package. A coaching package can also be booked at a later date for a drgkitzmann.academy course. After the binding booking of a coaching package, the user can make individual coaching appointments. To do this, he selects a date suggested in the drgkitzmann.academy. After the appointment has been confirmed by e-mail, the user will be contacted by the coach on the telephone number provided or by e-mail. The appointment is binding and cannot be canceled or rebooked by the user. If the user cannot take part in a booked and confirmed appointment, this coaching unit is forfeited. Instead of the registered user, no other user can take the booked coaching appointment. After booking a coaching package, the user can call up the individual coaching appointments at any time within a period of 12 months via the appointments proposed to him, depending on the availability of the coach. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT. The prices quoted on the drgkitzmann.academy website are non-binding. The prices stated in the booking confirmation are decisive. The fee will be billed immediately after booking with an immediate payment term. Invoices are usually sent by email.

The relationship of trust between all parties involved requires strict confidentiality. Guarantee

We strive to provide permanent access to the drgkitzmann.academy (365 days, 24 hours). However, availability at all times is expressly not guaranteed. In particular, for technical reasons, such as necessary maintenance and repair work, access can be restricted at times.

Appointment preview

Service content at events

Hotel reservations / travel planning

Hotel reservations and travel planning are always made by the participants themselves based on their individual preferences and planning. The costs are not included in the fee.

Third party providers

The Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH acts exclusively as a broker of services in the context of the presentation of services from third-party providers (e.g. e-learning, app applications, etc.). In the case of a booking, contracts relating to the service are concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective third-party provider / service provider. Special regulations and restrictions (general terms and conditions of the third party provider) may apply to the selected services. The entire contract processing and the processing of possible service disruptions take place exclusively between the customer and the third party provider.
