Agile leadership brings great benefits to projects in terms of efficiency and collaboration. Six cornerstones characterise the term agility:

  1. Clarity (clear communication to specify starting points and avoid misunderstandings).
  2. Transparency (the principle of knowledge transfer leads to less complexity of individual tasks and facilitates learning in a culture of mistakes)

  5. Value orientation (deciding with consensus at eye level, staying true to the principles of the company and creating value for the customer)

The different methods of agile leadership

Agile leadership can revolutionise your leadership methods with just a few starting points:

  • As a manager, encourage your employees to think about problems and to organise themselves. Try to exemplify a culture of mistakes. This can help to eliminate supposedly unsolvable problems.
