In this two-day leadership seminar, the number of participants is very limited so that you get sufficient opportunity to reflect on your leadership skills in interactive exercises. This course uses role plays on different situations of your everyday leadership, which are analysed and evaluated by means of video recording. Case studies with practical relevance, trainer input and exchange of experiences between participants complete the seminar experience. In addition, you will be provided with documents so that you can follow up on the experienced and refresh it at regular intervals.

This leadership training is aimed at leaders who intend to constructively think through their previous leadership experiences and their everyday leadership. Starting from this basis, the participants of the training wish to expand and optimise the existing range of leadership tools. Leadership means that hierarchical managers motivate, guide and also control employees.
