The participant-centred compact training follows an approach that addresses individual needs and contextualises the topic of conflict management. Through the use of various methods such as feedback techniques and exercises, participants become more aware of their own conflict skills and are better prepared to prevent a controversial situation from coming to a head.
Following the conflict management seminar in Leipzig, participants will be able to create a culture of dispute that promotes constructive dialogue and productive resolution. Of course, this does not only include the ability to deal with conflict in a conversation, but also one's own external presentation, the role of presence, choices and the option to find an emergency exit from a heated exchange of words. Contents of the seminar include:
- Perspectives, viewpoints and angles of a conflict
- Getting to know and allocating escalation levels
- Aiming for conflict resolution and strengthening team development
- Insights into one's own ability to deal with conflict and the culture of conflict
- De-escalating conversations
- Recognising and eliminating conflicts in the making
- Targeted perception of emerging conflicts
