The Dr G. Kitzmann Academy is a seminar provider for specialists and managers based in Leverkusen.
Our training programme covers the following ten topics:

Open seminars are organised as face-to-face events in 15 different cities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium. These cities include: Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Kassel, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Münster, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Vienna, Zurich, Amsterdam and Brussels. In addition, open seminars are also organised as online training take place.
In-house seminars are offered on individual topics and content throughout the DACH and BENELUX region. In-house training in English and other foreign languages takes place worldwide. In addition to in-house seminars, the training programme is also offered in the form of coaching sessions, moderations, mediations, workshops and lectures mediated. The realisation as online seminar is also possible here.
Further further training offers e-Learnings and learning nuggets as part of a blended learning approach. Development programmes development programmes on various topics and for different target groups offer the possibility of sustainable, modular further training. These programmes combine face-to-face events, webinars, e-learning and individual coaching sessions.
Gunnar Kitzmann
Gunnar Kitzmann is the founder and Managing Director of the Dr G. Kitzmann Academy.
After completing his civilian service, Gunnar Kitzmann studied business administration at the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel, graduating with a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.). During this time, he spent semesters abroad at Pensylvania State University (Penn State) in the USA and ESC Rouen in France.
Following his business studies, Gunnar Kitzmann worked at the investment bank Lehman Brothers in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department in London. His work focussed on the energy sector.
Since 2006, Gunnar Kitzmann has been working in the field of training and further education for specialists and managers. Initially in the family-run training provider in Münster in the role of managing partner. During this time, Gunnar Kitzmann completed his doctorate at the ebs University of Business and Law with a dissertation on the topic: "Implications of Flow Theory | An Analysis within the Continuing Education Industry".
Today, Gunnar Kitzmann is Managing Director of Dr G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH based in Leverkusen and Managing Partner of Dr G. Kitzmann Holding GmbH (Leverkusen). He is also a managing director of the following companies: Dr G. Kitzmann Immobilienverwaltung GmbH (Leverkusen) and Dr G. Kitzmann Real Estate GmbH (Leverkusen). Dr. G. Kitzmann Services Ltd (Dublin) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. G. Kitzmann Holding GmbH.
Milestones
Dr G. Kitzmann Academy again honoured in a customer survey by ntv / German Institute for Service Quality in the area of "Further training for managers"
The expansion of the Dr G. Kitzmann Academy continues in 2024. We move to the 13th floor at our existing business address and gain space for new employees and exciting projects. Over 90 seminar topics are now offered; learning nuggets are added as a new product segment.
In the course of its growth, Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH moves to larger premises at a new address in Leverkusen. In the meantime, 57 seminar topics are offered. In addition, e-learning, individual coaching and development programmes are integrated into the range of services.
Gunnar Kitzmann founds the further education academy Dr. G. Kitzmann Akademie GmbH, based in Leverkusen, Germany, and heads it as managing director. The portfolio of seminar topics offered includes 35 event titles. The shareholder is Dr. G. Kitzmann Holding GmbH.
Gunnar Kitzmann will lead a family-run continuing education institute in Münster, Germany, in the role of managing partner for 16 years in the period from 2006 to 2021.
