The course is practice-orientated and interactive. Short keynote speeches introduce the topics, followed by live demonstrations directly in Microsoft Teams and the associated tools. Participants work hands-on in a protected Microsoft 365 training environment: everyone can create a team directly, edit a document with others in real time or fill a Planner board. Exercises in small groups (e.g. working together on a sample project) allow participants to apply what they have learnt immediately. Experienced trainers give individual feedback and are available to answer questions. Alternating between lectures, exercises and group discussions ensures that theory and practice are optimally interlinked.
