Description: Working with AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

This interactive course provides a practical introduction to working with Microsoft 365 Copilot - the AI-based assistant for the Microsoft product world. The aim is to provide participants with a sound understanding of how they can use Copilot to significantly increase their efficiency, creativity and collaboration in their day-to-day work. The course combines theoretical principles with intensive practical exercises in a real Microsoft 365 environment.

In addition, we show you how to provide Copilot with precise context and thus achieve better results: Referencing relevant files, emails and Teams chats specifically, critically reviewing responses and refining them in short iterations. We will discuss typical stumbling blocks (e.g. unclear prompts, missing sources, hallucinations) and develop clear procedures that will reliably increase the quality of your results. You will also receive practical checklists and a compact collection of prompts for recurring tasks - so that you can immediately apply what you have learnt in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and M365 Chat.

Methodology and Didactics: Working with AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

The course is based on a balanced mix of keynote speeches, demonstrations, interactive exercises and group work. Participants receive step-by-step instructions on how to experiment independently with Copilot and try out different application scenarios directly. Didactically, great emphasis is placed on active learning and practice-orientated teaching - including feedback and question rounds for in-depth discussion. The focus is on case clinics from your work context: short impulses, directly followed by individual application steps and peer feedback. In this way, participants build up a routine in small steps - from initial prompts to more complex workflows across several M365 apps. Optionally, we work with anonymised examples from the participants in order to depict realistic framework conditions (data situation, deadlines, coordination). Micro-exercises, measurable success criteria and short reflection rounds ensure the transfer to everyday life.

Target Group: Working with AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

This course is aimed at specialists and managers, project managers, Office usersand anyone who works with Microsoft 365 in their day-to-day work and would like to expand their potential by using AI solutions such as Copilot. Previous knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Teams that regularly create texts, tables, presentations or emails, research information and coordinate votes in Teams/Outlook will benefit in particular. The seminar is aimed at beginners through to advanced users: we start with a solid Prompt foundation and lead specifically to advanced use cases - without prior admin knowledge. On request, we can include industry-specific examples (e.g. sales, project management, assistance, HR) so that all participants have customised "aha" experiences.
