Target group: Project management training
Complex tasks in companies have to be solved across departments and hierarchies. Agile project management is an unbeatable tool in such situations. This training is aimed at people who, on a daily basis
have to process customer orders reliably and on time
want to deal with internal enquiries quickly and meaningfully
need to develop products or services in a cost-saving and market-oriented manner
Accordingly, the further training in project management addresses those who are responsible for the success of projects as project managers, taking into account the limited resources of time and budget. Both managers and specialists are equally invited to participate in this course.
Would you like to hold the project management training in your company as an in-house seminar? That is of course possible! We will be happy to prepare an individual offer that meets your content priorities, your specified time frame and other wishes. Please send your in-house enquiry to: email@example.com

Why is it so important to attend the further training in project management?
Building up competence in the field of project management with the help of our training courses will quickly pay off for you and your company in economic terms. The motives and results of using the project management method are numerous and convincing: reducing costs, ensuring adherence to deadlines, reducing risks, quality assurance or shortening lead times. Without the use of a large toolbox of project management know-how and a process-based approach (Scrum), you consume resources in your project that would be more sensibly invested elsewhere in your department or company.
Which project phases are differentiated in the project manager training?
Project management (PM) is characterised by its very structured and agile implementation. The individual course of a project depends on various factors such as content, scope, duration and team composition. In addition, different stakeholders are always involved and their decisions have a significant influence on every phase of a project. However, the following essential project phases can be distinguished in our further training in project management, which you will be taught as a participant:
Execution & Control
What does the work of a project manager consist of, according to the further training in project management?
Basically and in general, the task of a project manager is to ensure the success of a project by means of leadership. Here, one has to work with fixed circumstances: usually time is short and the budget is limited. During the course of the project, the work consists of leading the team, reducing the complexity of the tasks and monitoring the progress of the project, for example using MS Project.
In the further course of project management, unforeseen events often occur: conflicts can arise within the team on the factual or relationship level, risks can have an unexpected effect or stakeholders do not meet milestones. In such cases, the project manager has to demonstrate creativity and improvisation skills. In the further training in project management, the realisation remains that no two projects are alike, but the goal-oriented project management methods that we teach the participants in our seminars are always the means of choice.
