  • The aim of this motivation training is to familiarise you with the concept of motivation and various motivation theories.
  • In our training you will learn more about the background and triggers of motivation, different motivation structures and types as well as the corresponding values and needs of the employees in the company.
  • Learn to understand why a high level of motivation is essential for working life and how to increase your self-drive - either through your own efforts or with the help of others.
  • Following on from the basics of motivation, you will be introduced to solution strategies by analysing various motivation problems to ensure a practical connection.
  • You will learn how the 5-phase model can help you to master blockages more effectively in order to be able to call on your abilities even in difficult situations. Furthermore, in our mental training we provide you with a guideline for an action plan to increase the motivation of your employees.

Methodology and didactics: motivational training

Through the practical reference to the theoretical basic knowledge, the motivation training provides an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their own situation in passing. Case studies are used to show possible solutions for motivation blockages. Of course, each participant is provided with seminar materials so that they can recall what they have learned after the training if necessary.

Target group of the motivation training

Motivation training is not only aimed at executives, but at everyone who wants to dissolve motivation blocks in a targeted, effective and lasting way. If, for example, you are an athlete, freelancer or employee and ask yourself whether motivational training is suitable for you, we can answer with a resounding "yes".

What is motivation?

Generally speaking, psychologists speak of motivation when they notice a change in a person's behaviour. This can be attributed to an inner drive that motivates people to take certain actions because of current needs and desires or an incentive to perform well.

Motivation comes in waves. It comes in different forms and can carry the person along for a while, until the set goal is reached. Often, people are even able to go beyond themselves and achieve peak performance.

Tips to increase motivation

Are you on a motivation thirst? Don't worry, if you think only a few people feel this way, you're barking up the wrong tree. Everyone is confronted with this problem of having to motivate themselves from time to time. So this is by no means a phenomenon.

However, if you have come to the conclusion that it is a permanent condition, you can consult a motivation trainer or attend a motivation training course. However, if you are convinced that it is only a temporary problem, our tips for increasing motivation may help you.

Ask yourself the question "Why?"

It can often help to ask yourself " why? ". This is not just about the fact that it is expected of you, but rather about your own motivations. So become aware of the consequences of not doing it.

Set the goal

Another reason for lack of motivation could be that you do not have a clear goal in mind. Goals are important for developing strategies for getting where you want to go. A clear structure can help you to master tasks step by step and, in the meantime, ignite the spark for more motivation.

Reward yourself

Opinions differ on this topic. One thing is certain, however: compared to other motivational strategies, this approach has little potential. A look at brain research reveals that habituation effects occur when rewards are linked to the achievement of goals. So this effect wears off.

How to get even more tips

Admittedly, there are many sources that offer plenty of tips to boost your motivation. If you are not able to put them into practice, professional motivational trainers can be a good place to start to give you a new perspective. After all, motivational trainers deal with this subject matter all the time.
